Step 1.
Add your new client details to the Platform. Name, email, unique identifier, practice area and – if you want – fee rates, fixed fee and letter of engagement details. Press save.
Step 2.
Your new client receives an automated email inviting them to onboard themselves. They authenticate, accept your quote if you’ve given one, complete the details and upload any documents. Marker’s AI engine reads their answers and adapts its questions to obtain more information, where required. ID&V, sanctions & PEP screening and risk assessment is built-in and happens automatically, subject to your (human) override. When the client’s done, they click ‘Send back.’
Step 3.
You review the application, enhance and record the risk assessment with your own analysis, and decide whether to accept or reject the client. All the client data and documentation is stored in a single place and can be exported to your practice management systems as well as in a single, human–readable PDF file, ready for audits, regulatory inspections and board meetings. AND you can overview your entire onboarding pipeline at any point to see exactly where you are and what needs doing.
